In the event that you choose to return an item for credit, we will credit your card or issue store credit for another item of equal or greater value.
All return requests are subject to cheaphondaparts.com approval. You may contact us via e-mail (returns@cheaphondaparts.com) or by telephone toll free at 800-536-5525 regarding return arrangements.
Please include invoice number, full name and date of purchase for return consideration.

All items submitted for return are subject to the following criteria:

• All returns must be requested for credit with in 30 days of purchase.
• All returned items must be in new and resalable condition and in original packaging.
• All returned items must include any installation hardware and packing.
• All returned items must be free of marking on packaging or covering over the part number
• NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.
• All returns will carry a 20% restocking charge and must be requested within 30 days of purchase unless a full credit exchange is approved by a CHP associate.

If you receive an item damaged or missing components please notify us immediately. Please contact us and notify us of the situation. We will do whatever is necessary to satisfy you in a timely manner.
